It's true. Sundays offers complimentary delivery on all items,
regardless of size or price to the continental US and provinces of
Canada. For large items such as sofas and sectionals, we also offer
free set up and removal of packaging. There is no catch – we feel
that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible. If you
would like to ship your order to Alaska, Hawaii or the Canadian
Territories, please reach out to our Customer Care team to support
processing your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee will apply.
Is the fabric really stain resistant?
Yes, the fabric really is stain resistant! Our sofas are made with
our signature LiveLife™ performance fabrics, which are moisture
repellent, stain resistant, and washable breathable. It’s also
non-toxic—we use a PFAS-free stain repellent treatment that provides
great protection and durability.
Water-based liquids will quite literally bead off, and you can
easily clean them up with a paper towel. For tougher stains, you can
use mild soap and water or remove your slipcovers to wash them. We
recommend dry cleaning or machine washing them on a cold, gentle
cycle.

How do you approach sustainability at Sundays?
We believe that true sustainability is the whole life-cycle of a
product, so quality, natural materials, and multi-functionality
are integral to our philosophy at Sundays. We truly believe in
reducing our environmental footprint, through "fewer, better
things," quality furniture, and timeless design that stands the
test of time.
Our product team works directly with our factory partners to
identify opportunities for improvement, including replacing the
use of styrofoam with sustainable packaging where possible with a
goal of eliminating the use of styrofoam in our packaging, without
impacting the integrity of the piece. As primarily a
direct-to-consumer brand, we strive to reduce travel of our pieces
before they arrive in our customers' homes and offer a free swatch
program to minimize additional travel for returns. Returned items
are donated to local charities when possible. Internally, we
continue to educate ourselves about further ways to contribute to
a more sustainable future through our products and operations.
How do returns work?
We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do! If something
doesn't work for you, we will make it right. Returns for refund or
exchange will be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original
condition.
For In-Home Delivery Items: A flat rate
return shipping fee of $150 will be applied to your refund or
exchange.
For Doorstep Delivery Items: A flat rate
return shipping fee of $75 will be applied to your refund or
return exchange. An additional fee of $75 for repackaging will
also be required if you do not have the original packaging.
